    Drug Licence

    Drug stands for medicines and their sub-products. It is kind of permission in form of Licence or Approval from government to deal with drugs.

    Drug Licence is of three type one in retail second is wholesale and third is for Manufacturing licence. It is given on the basis of satisfaction of certain condition and fulfilment of certain compliance.

    This licence is given by Department of Medical, Health and Family welfare, Rajasthan.

    Documents Required

    Certificate of Incorporation/Partnership Deed/ Shop Act Registration of Firm or company as the case may be

    MOA and AOA in case of Limited Liability Company

    List of all partners/ designated partners/directors as the case may be

    PAN card and cancel check of firm/company

    Affidavits from directors/partners/designated partner/proprietor

    Appointment letter of competent person

    Specific power of attorney

    Photo ID and address proof of competent person

    A brief profile of competent person

    Documents in terms of premises

    Key Plan and Site Plan of the premises duly attested by an approved architect or mapmaker of the municipality

    Rent Agreement/ NOC from landlord

    Electricity Bill

    Property papers in case owned by form/company or its directors/partner/promoters

    In the case of a village, Khasra Khatauni documents are accepted

    Process of word done

    Step-1:-Documentation

    This is the first and most important process in terms of getting the drug licence. As you will share the required documents, we will prepared the other required documents and affidavit to start the second step

     

    Step-2:- Application Filling

    As far as the documentation are completed, we prepare the application and filled it with the concern department along with the requisite fee via online mode. However, these documents are verified by the inspector

    Step-3:- Inspector Visit

    Afterwards, when we file the application, the inspector verify the same, and marked as for inspection thereafter the drug inspector personally visits the premises for verification and correctness of information.

    Step-4:- Approval of Application and grant of Licence

    As far as the inspection is completed, the inspector will approve the application and will grand the licence to the applicant
